Some time back, amd43 suggested a vanilla chai, and while it might have taken us a little while, we did get to it. Here is our delicious masala chai blended with real vanilla bean pieces and a touch of vanilla flavoring.
Tea Tip of the Week
The word chai, though associated with heavily spiced teas such as our masala chai or this week’s Vanilla Bean Chai, actually means “tea” in many eastern languages. It just so happens that in those regions tea is generally prepared with a number of spices and generally milk and sugar. Saying “Chai tea” is redundant and should be avoided.

I love your chais, and have had this doodle floating around my head for a while, so here you go! Since the word ‘chai’ means tea in India, and they are known for their masala chai, I used Indian paisley and mandala motifs in my watercolor design, with a ‘vanilla’ blue background. Hope you like it!

I have enjoyed each twist on the chai blends you have created. This chai is no exception. The vanilla makes this one nice and smooth. Again, you should be proud! Thanks
