I don’t know what it’s like where you are, but here, the weather is starting to change. The days are getting cooler and cloudier. Fall is approaching fast.

With that in mind, and after a few requests from customers, we’ve decided to offer our traditional masala chai as our tea of the week this week. Yes, really, without chocolate or cheesecake or caramel or any of the other things we’ve added to it in the past. Just the beautiful spiced tea itself.

And if you are going to drink chai, it might as well be a chai latte, so we thought it would be nice to repost our latte recipe:

How to make a fat-free tea or chai latte

Combine 1 can of fat free sweetened condensed milk with 3 cans of skim milk in a saucepan, heat and stir until uniform. Combine resulting mixture with hot tea in equal parts tea and latte. Thank me out loud for sharing our latte recipe.

Leftover latte will keep in the fridge for a few days, allowing you to either reheat, or use to make iced tea lattes.

The answer is to use fat free sweetend condensed milk and skim milk. I will try this.
