Tea Tip of the Week
Recent studies have indicated that tea may actually be healthier for you than water. The 1.5 to 2 liters of fluids you are supposed to consume each day can now include tea. For more information, check out this article. In the meantime, enjoy a cuppa our new tea of the week!
RAWRmonster suggested a Raspberry Chocolate Razzle Dazzle flavored black tea back in January and I almost created one a couple of different times, but I wasn’t happy with the results.
I held out for some nice shaved chocolate and some actual freeze-dried raspberries (the other dried ones had sugar or sulphites in them, but these are just pure raspberry and they really give the tea just the right note.

This chocolate raspberry tea is wonderful as a hot latte. A little sweet and a little white stuff enhances both the chocolate and the raspberry flavors and makes this a wonderful treat. I make a big enough batch in my tea press to have two large cups before moving on to another blend. You make the best teas! Thanks!
