A while back, we had a request for a persimmon flavored oolong, which sounded great to us, but knowing that not everybody likes oolong, we decided to make a very small batch and offer it as a mid-week blend.
Taiwan (Also known as Formosa) produces some of the very best oolongs you can get. This is a GREAT, premium oolong tea to begin with, and the all natural, nothing-added, freeze-dried persimmon pieces and natural persimmon flavoring makes it a great choice for those long days between winter and spring.
