Citrus Spice Chamomile
So, to be completely Frank with you (I love saying that): I’m not a big chamomile person. Lately I’ve been thinking I could use a bit of a sleep aid, and (in case you didn’t know already), chamomile actually has a natural, mild muscle relaxant in it, which many people use to help them relax/sleep. Still, if I’m going to drink chamomile, it needs to taste like something other than flowers.
