Here is a real summertime treat. Trust me when I tell you that you haven’t lived until you’ve had a blueberry pear tart or fresh-baked blueberry pear muffin. I’m going back to my southern roots for this one and hoping y’all will come along with me and enjoy the ride.

In thinking about the best tea to pair the blueberries and pears with, I naturally gravitated towards the green rooibos. It has a kind of tart/citrusy flavor to it which goes great with the blueberries and pear. Last time we offered a green rooibos (Strawberry Green Rooibos Experiment) it was as a midweek blend and it sold so fast, I barely got to try any for myself.
