Shipment Updates

Shipment Updates!

This page is dedicated to our monthly subscription shipment status - but will also include information on special shipments (such as our 12 Teas of Christmas box!) 

 

ATTENTION: Our new printer has arrived & is installed. We will be spending the weekend processing all the orders - everything will be shipped on Monday, May 17! I apologize for the delays! 

As for other orders: Most packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, often within 24 hours or less. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Tuesday. I'm not always able to ship on Monday as transportation is often limited on Mondays. 

Our shipping program is set up to send out tracking information once a package is shipped. If you do not receive a tracking information email within 48 hours of your order, please feel free to contact me and I'll update you on the status of your order.

 

Looking for this month's tea mail? Because we blend all of our unique teas by hand, delays do sometimes happen. This page has been created to keep our subscribers up to date about the progress of our subscription boxes so that you know when the boxes will ship!

 

 

MARCH SUBSCRIPTION UPDATES: 

 

MAY 3, 2021: Hello Subscribers! The boxes for this month are delayed due to our printer being out of order! I'm so sorry! I am told that the printer should arrive by May 11th - let's hope it's sooner than that! As soon as the printer arrives, the boxes will ship.  

 

MAY 12, 2021: Greetings! The printer that arrived yesterday was the wrong printer! I thought I could still use it, but unfortunately, the labels that I have do not fit the printer that arrived - so I had to send it back & order a replacement. The new printer (and hopefully, the correct printer! Fingers crossed!) should arrive no later than May 15 (Saturday) & I will spend the weekend processing all the shipments & ship them out on Monday, May 17. Again, I apologize for this & I truly appreciate all your understanding & patience! Thank you!!!

MAY 15, 2021: The new printer has arrived & has been installed. It is working well & so all packages - including subscription boxes - will be processed & shipped this weekend. Again, I apologize for the delay & I hope the amazing teas that are part of April's box (Theme: Reblends!) will make up for the wait! I hope to have May's Teas out by the end of May - so you won't have to wait so long for that box! Thanks again for your understanding & your support!!!
